Futurium proudly presents the “Arki Apartment on Saburtalo” project — a complete furniture fit-out for an apartment in the “Arki” complex on Saburtalo, delivered in a single bright, contemporary style: a built-in kitchen plus bedroom, hallway and bathroom furniture. The soft cream-ivory tone of the facades, fluted (vertically grooved) details and a marble effect run through the whole home to create one refined visual language.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is built in an L-shaped, handleless modern style with light cream facades — part smooth, part fluted (vertically grooved) texture. The worktop and backsplash have a marble effect, accentuated by LED lighting under the wall cabinets. White appliances are built in — oven, compact oven/microwave, gas hob and a fully concealed dishwasher; a freestanding fridge stands separately. A lit open niche with a dark backing becomes a decorative accent.

Bedroom:
In the bedroom, a floor-to-ceiling handleless wardrobe is finished in the same light tone, with fluted lower panels and slim metal handles. By the window we placed a floating (wall-mounted) fluted-front dressing/makeup table with a mirror, opening onto a mountain view — a functional and elegant detail in the bright interior. The floor is laid with herringbone parquet.

Entrance / Hallway:
In the entrance we built a tall, floor-to-ceiling handleless cabinet in the light tone, with long dark vertical handles and a dark-backed open display — an open-shelf niche that creates a visual accent and a place for décor alongside functional storage volume.

Bathroom:
The bathroom furniture keeps the unified style — in the main wet area a large white stone (terrazzo-effect) countertop with an undermount oval sink, a chrome faucet and a floating fluted-front cabinet; behind it, herringbone ceramic tiling and an LED-backlit mirror. In a separate WC, a fluted cabinet hides shelved storage above a concealed cistern, with an LED-lit niche.

The result:
Light cream facades, fluted details and a marble effect create one calm, refined contemporary interior throughout the apartment — a perfect fit for the character of this home in the “Arki” complex on Saburtalo.
