Completion date: May 2026

Futurium proudly presents the whole-home project “Home on Lech Kaczynski Street”. Futurium’s elegant furniture creates exactly the kind of harmony we need so much to unwind.

Kitchen:
The most important room, the heart of the home — the kitchen! The facades are made of fully painted MDF, and the kitchen is equipped with Austrian Blum mechanisms and the additional accessories it needs. The eye is drawn to the beautiful island, ideal both as extra work space and as a cosy spot for morning coffee and breakfast. The soft, silent closing system on drawers and doors turns everyday life into genuine comfort.

Hallway:
This refined, spacious hallway wardrobe with its modern design creates the very first impression of the home. Style and practicality can be felt from the very first step.

Kids’ bedroom 1:
Here you will meet the room’s resident, Mickey Mouse, along with a perfectly planned study and wardrobe area with soft-close drawer systems. As for the wardrobe itself, it is designed as a blend of light blue and white, with refined milled facades. Beyond its visual appeal, the wardrobe is spacious and practical.

Master bedroom and walk-in wardrobe:
Let’s move on to the master bedroom — a bedside nightstand for small items, a wall-mounted makeup console and the master suite’s main feature: the walk-in wardrobe, as spacious, ergonomic and refined as it gets.

Bathroom 1:
In a bathroom, the durability of materials matters most. This furniture made by Futurium is moisture-resistant and blends perfectly with the interior.

Laundry room:
Right next to it is a practical, functional laundry room. The washing machine and dryer fit in perfectly, while spacious shelves and drawers keep other household items in flawless order.

Kids’ bedroom 2:
The second kids’ bedroom — safe and comfortable. Note that in both children’s bedrooms the furniture facades combine painted and factory-finished MDF. All mechanisms are Austrian Blum soft-close systems, which makes keeping clothes and toys tidy easy and convenient even for a child.

Bathroom 2:
The second bathroom also features compact, refined furniture. The space is used to the full, and the storage has room for everything.

Living area:
Here you will also find this elegant decorative cabinet — the ideal place for souvenirs and favourite things.

TV area:
The living room’s main accent is the TV wall — modern, practical and perfectly aesthetic.
