House on Nutsubidze St.

Futurium presents the “House on Nutsubidze” project — a multi-room project for a private house on the Nutsubidze slope, where we created a built-in kitchen and several sets of bathroom furniture in a unified contemporary style. We dedicated a full cycle to this large-scale project, from measurement to installation — with a shared language of natural wood texture, dark stone surfaces and handleless facades.

Kitchen: The kitchen is executed in a handleless contemporary style — with smooth, matte white painted facades. A stainless sink is built into the light stone-effect worktop, with an integrated dishwasher beside it. A tall wood-veneer column unites the side-by-side stainless fridge and the black built-in oven, while the backdrop glows with dark green glossy vertical (zellige-style) tile and a marble-effect floor.

Mechanisms and details: The kitchen hardware is built on Blum systems — Blum drawer boxes and a Blum lift-up (Aventos HF) mechanism with soft-close ensure smooth, silent and long-lasting operation. Handleless opening and concealed hardware preserve a clean, minimalist look.

Bathrooms: Several bathrooms of the house were executed with a unified material language, each with its own individual character. In the central bathroom, a floating wood-veneer vanity is combined with a dark marble-effect stone countertop and a full-height backdrop panel, a square white basin and a black wall-mounted tap. In the second, double-basin bathroom, a wood-veneer wall panel with arched (U-shaped) mirrors and a black glass partition contrasts with white marble-effect panels. The additional bathrooms feature white vertical tile and floating wooden vanities — with moisture-resistant materials and quality plumbing fixtures throughout.

Result: Natural wood veneer, dark and white stone-effect surfaces and handleless facades create a unified, refined character — from the kitchen to the bathrooms, matching the scale and mood of this private house on Nutsubidze.
