Futurium proudly presents the “House in Tsodoreti” project — a built-in kitchen created for a private house in Tsodoreti, combining warm, natural wood tones with stone-effect surfaces in a minimalist, Japandi style. From measurement to installation, we created a bright, calm and functional space where the warmth of wood and the richness of stone blend in harmony.

Facades and materials:
The kitchen is built in a handleless modern style — with smooth, natural oak wood-grain facades that bring warmth and comfort to the space. The cabinet bodies are made from EGGER board. The central island and the tall work run are clad in a light beige stone-effect (travertine) surface, finished with a waterfall edge and a slim wooden breakfast-bar ledge.

Mechanisms and appliances:
The drawers and doors are fitted with Blum soft-close mechanisms for light, silent opening and closing. The appliances are fully integrated — an induction cooktop, an integrated extractor, a built-in oven and a compact oven in a separate column, plus a built-in black coffee machine. The sink is complemented by a brass faucet that becomes an elegant accent in the bright interior.

Details and lighting:
The kitchen gains a special character from open niches with wooden shelves, a full-height stone backsplash and multi-level lighting — three large decorative fabric pendants above the island, slim pendant lights over the sink and under-cabinet LED lighting. White grid-framed (shoji-style) sliding glass partitions and sheer curtains underline the bright, layered atmosphere of the space.

The result:
Natural oak facades, travertine-effect stone, brass details and soft lighting together create a warm, refined and minimalist kitchen that perfectly matches the calm character of a private house in Tsodoreti.
