Everything in One Space: Choosing Furniture, Appliances and Accessories in a Single Visit

The most exhausting stage of a renovation begins once the walls are ready and it is time to choose the furniture. In one shop you browse facade samples, in the next a tap, in a third the built-in appliances, in a fourth you hunt for a stone worktop. Every visit costs half a day; every pause costs a week.

And the worst part is that these pieces do not always fit together in the end.

That is why we built the Futurium office-showroom so the whole set — from the design to the tap — can be chosen in one space.

Why choosing everything separately is the most expensive option

Lost time is only the tip of the iceberg. The real cost hides in three places:

1. A colour that looks one way in the shop and another at home. You pick the facade sample under one light, the worktop under a second, the tap under a third. Each is beautiful on its own — together they stop working. A beige facade in a warm tone and a cold grey stone fight each other, and you only see it after installation.

2. An appliance that does not fit its cabinet. The built-in oven, hood and dishwasher have to be known before the furniture is designed — down to the millimetre. If you buy the appliances after the furniture is made, either the furniture gets rebuilt or the appliance gets replaced. Both cost money.

3. "Whose fault is it?" — a question with no answer. The sink cut-out is two millimetres off? The furniture maker points at the sink shop, the shop points back at the furniture maker. And you are the one standing in the kitchen.

All three problems come from the same cause: the decisions are made at different times, in different places.

What "everything in one space" actually means

In our studio you work through all six areas in a single visit — and, more importantly, you see them side by side.

Furniture design and planning

The project starts with on-site measurement, then 2D and 3D visualisation, service diagrams (water, electricity, ventilation) and a full component list. By the end you know exactly how everything will sit — not "roughly like this".

The design service costs 100 GEL per m² and is deducted in full from the furniture price if you place the order.

Materials — samples you can hold

EGGER laminated board, Italian surfaces by SMART and CLEAF, lacquered and veneered MDF, aluminium profile, tempered glass. Colours are matched from the RAL and NCS catalogues.

You hold the sample, lay one against another, turn it in the light. That does not work on a screen — the detailed breakdown of each material is in our materials guide.

Mechanisms and fittings

BLUM and FGV — the part you touch every day and never see. We buy them at wholesale terms and keep them in our own warehouse, so we never have to cut corners on a mechanism.

In the showroom you pull the drawer yourself, close the door and feel the difference in your hand — that single movement is often more convincing than any catalogue.

Built-in appliances

Oven, hood, built-in fridge, dishwasher — chosen alongside the furniture project, so the space for each one is built to exact size from the start. Appliance integration and mounting are included in the furniture price.

Sinks, taps and accessories

The shape of the sink and the height of the tap depend on the worktop material, and the cut-out depends on both. When all three decisions are made at the same table, there is no room left for a mismatch.

Worktops: stone, laminate, compact laminate

Natural and engineered stone, laminated surfaces, compact laminate — each has its own logic in terms of price, thickness, moisture resistance and repairability. We compare them together and choose the one that fits your budget and your daily habits.

What you gain in practice

• Time. One meeting instead of three or four separate visits, with every decision made at once.
• One party responsible. Measurement, manufacturing, appliance integration and installation all answer to one team.
• Colours that genuinely match. Facade, worktop, tap and handle under the same light, at the same moment.
• Exact space for appliances. Appliances are chosen before the design, so "two millimetres short" never happens.
• Price. Up to 10% off when furniture and appliances are ordered together.
• Warranty. Up to 5 years official warranty on workmanship, plus the manufacturer's warranty on mechanisms.

5. Manufacturing, assembly and packing — in our workshop.
6. Installation and handover — transport, carry-in, mounting, appliance integration.

Every stage is tracked in our CRM, and at the end you rate each part of the team. Finished projects are in our works, and indicative kitchen prices are in the catalogue.

What to bring to your first visit

The first meeting is far more productive if you bring:

• a floor plan or approximate dimensions of the space;
• photos of the room, ideally taken at different times of day;
• the appliance models you have already chosen (or would like);
• samples or photos of the flooring, walls and doors;
• three or four reference images of what you like;
• a rough budget range — this helps us most in proposing realistic options.

It is fine if you do not have all of it — the dimensions and the appliance list matter most.
